As the Worship Leader this person will assist in the leadership of the campus congregation alongside the Campus Pastor, helping church members and guests to develop rich, meaningful relationships with each other as we strive to discover life with God for the good of the world. This person will lead the congregation in worship each week alongside a talented group of volunteer musicians. 

This is a Part-Time, 20 hour position. Full Time work may be available in combination with other pastoral and project related work.  

Grace Chapel is looking for Part-time Event and Hospitality Specialist to supervise onsite contracted rental events and Sunday morning Café operations.  This position helps create and provide clean, safe and supportive environments for those who attend services and/or rent our buildings throughout the week. 

The Operations department at Grace Chapel exists to support the multi-site ministry of Grace Chapel – its members, guests, buildings, and properties.  Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, distraction free, and caring environment.  This team member needs to be knowledgeable about the buildings, its systems, and idiosyncrasies and also supervise a full scale café operations, its volunteer team, physical purchasing and receiving of supplies and customer focused. 

We are currently seeking a Part-Time SHINE Coordinator to oversee our 1:1 volunteer support for children and youth with disabilities.

SHINE Ministry supports families by loving and guiding children and youth with disabilities in a safe and appropriate environment to learn and grow in their faith and knowledge of Jesus. We serve ages 3-22 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing 1:1 volunteer support in Kidstown, specialized classrooms, and student ministry programs. SHINE provides care and support for children with disabilities, allowing families to return to church knowing their child is cared for in a safe and loving environment. 

Part-time position (20 hours/week, Sunday-Thursday) serving as Coordinator of SHINE Ministry at Grace Chapel's Lexington Campus. This hybrid role is in-person on Sunday mornings, remote majority of the week, and in-person as needed. This position works closely in collaboration with the Lexington Kidstown Team and reports to the Associate Pastor of Lexington Campus. 

Grace Chapel is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Campus Administrator to join our Watertown Campus team who is passionate about serving the church in a vital role to enable the work of the church to happen every day. If you are a detail oriented, proactive, project planner who likes to do what it takes to make sure the “trains are running on time”, this is the place for you! We are looking for an individual who is passionate and innovative, with a pragmatism for Operations balanced with a flair for campus and volunteer enablement


If you’re passionate about helping students grow in faith, love building community, and want to make a real impact, this role is an incredible opportunity. We’re looking for a positive, energetic leader to guide the student ministry at our Foxboro Campus. You’ll help create a vibrant, welcoming environment where middle and high school students can discover who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him. 

This is a part-time role (20-25 hours/week) and reports directly to the Foxboro Campus Pastor. The weekly schedule includes Sunday morning responsibilities. Information about the Foxboro Campus can be found at www.grace.org/Foxboro.

The Grace Chapel Pastoral Residency is a two-year mentoring program designed to train and equip church leaders of tomorrow. 

Grace Chapel's mission is to help people discover life with God for the good of the world. We believe that the local church can have a huge impact on the world around us and want to see its potential unleashed in Greater Boston and beyond. Part of that impact includes training and equipping the next generation of pastors and church leaders under the guidance of dedicated, gifted, and caring advisors.

The Residency Program is designed to train and equip high-capacity leaders, enabling them to develop and use their leadership and ministry gifts in a healthy and formative context. The work is hands-on, providing a wide range of potential ministry opportunities. Our Residents are placed at one of our campuses, given specific responsibilities, and fully immersed in the work of Grace Chapel.

Residents serve a two-year residency as an Associate Pastor, beginning June 1 of each year. The Residency is a full-time, paid role with full benefits.

Grace Chapel desires to select seminary students or recent graduates who exhibit “integrity of heart and skillful hands” (Psalm 78:70-72). Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to following Christ, ministry leadership ability, a heart for serving the local church, academic excellence, and multi-cultural and/or international experience.

Grace Chapel has long and rich history of developing Christian Leaders. We have an internship program in order to intentionally train the next generation of Christian Leaders focusing on three values: experience, mentors, and knowledge--all helping prepare you for stepping into wherever God calls you next.
