Make sure you’ve created a profile. Your profile will be accessible in the upper right corner of the app regardless of which screen you’re on. Your profile enables you to get campus-specific news updates, track your online giving, and check-in children to Kidstown.

Make sure you have notifications on through the app settings on your device. iOS and Android both let you customize how you get them. 

You can also opt in to notification categories for specific types of things you’d like to have sent to you:

1. Alerts and Updates (think snow closures, etc.);
2. Special Events (think Christmas, One Church Sunday, etc.);
3. Church Business (links to voting ballot, nominees, etc.)

Both notification categories and campus setting are under the Settings menu in your profile. To access them, tap the profile icon in the upper right corner, then tap the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of your profile.

Parents can now utilize mobile advance check-in for their kids to Kidstown. It’s under the More… menu in the main navigation. Simply select the event you're checking your child into and the child's name. You'll receive a QR code in the app that can be scanned at the check-in station to receive your stickers. This will cut down on lines and speed things up for parents.
