One of the strengths of our pastoral search partner Vanderbloemen is their emphasis on listening. Their process includes multiple meetings with staff and members of the congregation over the course of our engagement. These listening sessions are designed to foster an open dialogue and help them learn more about what makes Grace Chapel, Grace Chapel – what distinguishes us as a church and what we are hoping for from our next Senior Pastor.
During their most recent visit, our search consultant Eugene Lee held the first few listening sessions with a small but diverse and representative group of church members. These sessions laid the foundation for helping them gain a better understanding of who were are as a church and the kind of candidates most likely to thrive and succeed at Grace Chapel.
The next round of listening sessions are open to anyone and everyone in our congregation; we have sessions scheduled at each campus and online. We hope that you will find one that will work for you, even if it is not at your home campus! The dates for the listening sessions are as follows:

- Sunday, July 23rd, 11:30 AM – Foxboro

- Sunday, August 27th, 9:00 AM - Lexington

- Sunday, August 27th, 12:15 PM – East Lexington
At each listening session, Carrie Tibbles, Search Committee Chair and another member of the search committee will be there to hear from you directly about what you are hoping for in our next Senior Pastor, and what would be helpful for a potential Senior Pastor to know about us, the Grace Chapel Congregation.
