As Grace Chapel leans into Community Engagement we are choosing to give back to our local community. Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday, May 25, 2024.

We will be partnering with the Lexington Retailers Association to host a Kids Fun Zone during Discovery Day 2024. The Kids Fun Zone consists of bouncy houses, games, and crafts for families attending Discovery Day.

Areas to serve:
1. Set-up/Break down: Volunteers would arrive early help us set up our stations, decorations, tables, and games. Or, they will help us clean them up and put them back at the end of the day (includes, following the moving truck full of gear to return to the church building). Sign-up for a shift 8:00am-10:00am or 3:00pm-4:00pm
2. Station Leader: Volunteers would man a station. This could consist of helping the kids who come lead a craft, a game, or be supervised on a bouncy house.  Sign-up for a shift: 10:00am-12:30pm, or 12:30pm-3:00pm.

Mark your calendar for Saturday, May 25.  We want to be a presence in our community and we want you there!
