While the Christmas season is a time of joy and hope, we know that for many, the holidays can also be a season of pain, hurt, and/or loss. For those struggling, the Christmas season may be even more lonely and overwhelming.

Blue Christmas is a non-traditional service that acknowledges the pain and offers hope and comfort to those grieving the loss of a loved one or hurting during the holiday season. You don’t have to go through these emotions and feelings alone. This will be a time when you will be surrounded by those who may also be in a similar situation.

We will have worship, listen to a message, and have time to light candles for those we have lost. We embrace all to come as they are. All are welcome and encouraged to bring friends or family members who may also be going through difficult times.

Stephen Ministers/Prayer Ministers will be available for individual prayer following the service.
