In-Person:  59 Worthen Rd (The Church Building), Room 104 (Just inside North Entrance on right side of the building)

Starting on April 23rd, the group will be studying The Book of 2 Corinthians featuring Rich Villodas.

Rethinking Authentic Christianity

Authentic Christianity has never been about how put together we seem to be. It’s always been about how God works powerfully through our shortcomings to accomplish his purposes for us.

So, what does a successful life look like in the kingdom of God? In this eight-session series, pastor Rich Villodas describes how opening ourselves up in genuine relationships with others invites the power of Jesus to shine through our weaknesses. We don’t have to clean up our weaknesses before God and others—we invite them in.

Session 1 - 2 Corinthians 1:1-2:4

Session 2 - 2 Corinthians 2:5-3:18

Session 3 - 2 Corinthians 4:1-18

Session 4 - 2 Corinthians 5:1-21

Session 5 - 2 Corinthians 6:1-7:1

Session 6 - 2 Corinthians 7:2-16

Session 7 - 2 Corinthians 8:1-9:15

Session 8 - 2 Corinthians 10:1-13:13

Rich Villodas is the lead pastor of New Life Fellowship, a large multiracial church in New York. He is also a key speaker for Emotionally Healthy Discipleship, a ministry founded by Pete Scazerro. Rich graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry and Theology from Nyack College and completed his Master of Divinity at Alliance Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Rosie, have two children and reside in Queens.
